¿QUÉ HACEMOS?

Dentro del apartado de Pilates, cabe destacar que lo que se busca es realizar un pilates terapéutico orientado a corregir diferentes disfunciones músculo-esqueléticas que pueda presentar cualquier persona. Los grupos son muy reducidos para poder controlar en todo momento cada postura durante la sesión.

Se comenzará siempre con una valoración inicial, tanto postural como funcional, a partir de la cual se irán orientando los objetivos de las diferentes sesiones. Dichas valoraciones se repetirán de manera regular con el objetivo de comprobar cómo va respondiendo el cuerpo a las clases. Una vez se vaya avanzando en las sesiones, y se vaya manejando la dinámica respiratoria de las clases, se irá progresando en la complejidad de los ejercicios y se aumentarán las cargas de trabajo.
